CPS would like to thank you for another year of looking after your home moves, mortgages, chartered surveys or planning applications.
With just over 1,100 home movers through CPS in 2020 it’s been another phenomenal year in business.
We transacted more sales in October 2020 than in six months of 2019 showing a genuine appetite to buy with the market going from strength to strength.
CPS as a whole has improved its market share across its seven branches with Armagh specifically increasing its market share to more than 50% of total sales in Armagh City for 2020.
Art O’Hagan, Managing Director, said: “As CPS enters its 34th year in business we have to think of the year we have just witnessed, trading through a pandemic within the appropriate health guidelines to protect our valued customers and our experienced team; we have to think of the many who are not fortunate and indeed lost loved ones.
“Our various charitable donations during 2020 totalled £29,000, this year we contributed to homeless charities, cash for kids, Cancer Research and Crisis.Org. We believe very much about giving back to the community that gives us so much as a business and a family.”
