We, the family of the late John (Jackie) Murray would like to express our deep appreciation and heartfelt thanks for the kindness, sympathy and support shown to us in our recent bereavement.
Our sincere gratitude to everyone who called at our home and who attended the wake and funeral at Malcomsons Funeral home.
We would also like to take this opportunity to thank all who brought or sent food, helped make tea, telephoned, sent cards, messages or gave donations in lieu of flowers. Your kindness will not be forgotten.
We have been overwhelmed and touched by the number of messages, comments on social media and tributes paid by individuals and Glenavon Football Club. These have been a source of comfort to us during this very difficult time.
Many thanks to Rev. Rodney Blair for his pastoral support and conducting the funeral service. A special thanks to Butterfly Kisses Home Baking who provided catering following the funeral service.
Special gratitude to the member of the public and emergency services who attended Jackie on his sudden passing and for treating him with such sensitivity and professionalism.
Finally sincere thanks to Malcomsons Funeral Directors for their genuine warmth, compassion, support and guidance and for the dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.
