With Armagh now outof the  Qualifiers, Ciaron O’Hanlon andJames  Donnelly were available for selection for the home match with Pearse Og. Conditions were thankfully cooler than recent weeks, but the scoring threat was also off the boil,in a very low scoring first half. The team looked as though they hadn’t been together for a while, but with 20minutes to play the match was evenly poised at 5 points each. It was Pearse Og who seized the initiative, kicking 5 points in a row in a 10 minute period that defined theresult. Killeavy eventually lost by 4, and will now have to really work on cementing their league status, andpreparing for championship action next month.
