Five people were taken to hospital following a three-vehicle collision in Craigavon on Tuesday evening.
The collision happened on the Northway – close to the bend onto Central Way – on the approach to Rushmere Shopping Centre shortly before 4.30pm.
Emergency services rushed to the scene, with the road closed between Rushmere Shopping Centre and Highfield Road.
A spokesperson for the NI Ambulance Service told Armagh I: “We received a 999 call at 4.30pm on Tuesday, following reports of an incident in the Northway area of Craigavon.
“NIAS despatched six emergency crews to the incident. Following assessment and initial treatment at the scene, five patients were taken to Craigavon Area Hospital by ambulance.”
Their conditions are unknown at this stage.
