Among the areas affected are Armagh city, Markethill, Tassagh, Hamiltonsbawn, Tandragee, Culloville, Newtownhamilton and Craigavon.
Temperatures, meanwhile, are to remain high throughout the day and there is the potential for further weather incidents.
