Tannaghmore’s Live Nativity teaches the true meaning of Christmas

This Christmas make sure you don’t miss out on the Live Nativity at Tannaghmore Animal Farm – a magical experience for all the family to enjoy.

The Live Nativity opened on Sunday 6 December and will run until Sunday 2 January. This annual event is one of the most popular displays at Tannaghmore, with people coming from far and wide to see it – particularly because of all the animals are rare breeds!

Featuring a Donkey, Jacob sheep, Irish Moiled calf and pygmy goat, you will find this heart-warming remake of that world famous stable in a converted outhouse on the farm.

As well as visiting the nativity scene don’t forget to check out the rest of the rare breed’s farm, the play park, maze and beautiful gardens.

Tannaghmore Gardens and Animal Farm is part of the wider Craigavon City Park. Why not explore Craigavon Lakes and take the scenic 2.5 mile walk to South Lake Leisure Centre and enjoy festive treats at Café Incredable at South Lake. Reindeer gingerbread men, mince pies, hot chocolate, festive coffees and, of course, the lunchtime Christmas dinner with all the trimmings!

Christmas shopping at Rushmere Shopping Centre is also a short walking distance away making for a wonderful festive outing.
