Mill Street in Tandragee has been closed in both directions.
It follows a serious two vehicle road traffic collision – one of them a motorcycle – this afternoon (Sunday).
Emergency services are at the scene and the Air Ambulance is also in attendance.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Motorists are advised to avoid the area and seek alternative main routes for their journey.”
Independent Unionist Councillor Paul Berry said he had been speaking to police and described the incident as “very serious”.
He added: “Our thoughts are with those who have been involved in this accident and our prayerse are with them at this time and we would thank our emergency services for their action and assistance.”
