Police are currently dealing with a security alert in south Armagh this morning (Saturday).
Officers are at the scene on the Carrive Road area of Silverbridge and a number of diversions have been put in place.
The PSNI has asked members of the public to avoid the area for the time being.
A police spokesperson said: “Police are currently at the scene of a security alert in the Carrive Road area of Silverbridge in Co Armagh. A number of diversions are in place, and we would ask that the public avoid the area at this time. An update will follow in due course.”
No further details have yet been released.
