A parked car was “significantly” damaged outside a Co Armagh trade store earlier today (Wednesday).
The person responsible for the destruction drove off in a deliberate attempt to get away with the crime.
Police are appealing for anyone in the vicinity of the car park behind Multifix in Portadown.
A police spokesperson said: “Did you see an RTC involving a red Vauxhall that was parked up there?
“Sometime today, between 11am and 3pm, someone has collided with a red Vauxhall car, causing significant damage to the front end of the vehicle, and has simply driven off.
“As much as the initial incident may have been a genuine error, the deciding to drive off from the scene was not.
“If you have any information with regards to this, it would be much appreciated.

“I’m sure you can appreciate the owner of this vehicle is pretty upset about it all as I’m sure you would be too.”
