Police appeal over south Armagh creeper burglary

Police in Newtownhamilton are appealing for information following a creeper burglary.

Sometime between 9pm and 11.45pm on Tuesday, January 12, a house in Moylinn Close, Silverbridge, was entered and car keys were taken. A silver Volkswagen Bora was subsequently stolen.Police-generic

The car was found abandoned on Markethill Road, Newtownhamilton around 11.54pm on the same night.

Police would like to hear from anyone who noticed anything unusual in the Moylinn Close area of Silverbridge during those times or anyone who observed the car being abandoned on Markethill Road, Newtownhamilton. They can be contacted on 101, quoting ref: 35 130116.
