Spinathon and coffee morning to aid Co Armagh school’s Romania mission

Two girls from St Patrick’s High in Keady will be hosting a spinathon and coffee morning in aid of the school’s Romania charity mission.

Sarah Jayne Mullin and Erin McKee will be hosting both the events in the Armagh City Hotel this Saturday, November 24.

The coffee morning starts from 9am and runs until 12pm, while the spinathon begins at 10am.

School Aid Romania involves a group of 24 lower sixth pupils from St Patrick’s High School in Keady and
their teachers travelling to Brasov for a week in February.

It is a local charity which aims to relieve poverty and contribute to the development of community relations between young people in Northern Ireland.

Places the pupils will visit include an elderly home, care homes for young children, a down syndrome centre and several orphanages.

The girls would like to thank all the local businesses that sponsored this event.

For anyone looking to compete in the spinathon you will need to book a place as places are limited, to book please contact the Armagh City Hotel on 02837 527952.

Please help and support this very notable and worthy cause.
