A man is to appear in court after officers were rammed in Banbridge earlier this week.
Police investigating an incident in the town on Thursday, in which a police vehicle was rammed, have charged a 34-year-old with a number of offences including dangerous driving, driving with excess alcohol in breath, driving whilst disqualified and no insurance.
He is due to appear at Lisburn Magistrates’ Court on Saturday, September 7.
As is normal procedure all charges are reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.
