Woman in early 20s in critical condition following single-vehicle RTC

A woman in her early twenties is in a critical condition in hospital following a serious single-vehicle collision early this morning (Thursday).

The car crashed on the Moy Road in Armagh and the road was closed between Ballygasson Road and Knockaconey Road for a period of time today.

The young woman was rushed to the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast where her condition is being described as critical.

It is understood she was the only occupant of the vehicle at the time.

The road has now re-opened to traffic in both directions.

Our thoughts are with the woman and her family at this time.
