Vandals have wrecked a life-saving defibrillator in Armagh.
The device had been taken from its proper place, on the wall of the Spar at Killylea Road, Armagh.
It was removed overnight but has since been located.
Sadly, however, police say it has been damaged to an extent that it is unlikely it will be able to be returned for use.
A PSNI spokesperson appealed for information.
They said the actions of the culprits “shows a sheer recklessness and disregard for the community’s safety”.
The spokesperson added: “If you have any information in relation to the above, please get in touch by ringing 101, using police reference 842 of 14/08/21.”
