Acknowledgement for the late Thomas McCann (Craigavon)

McCann, Thomas.

The family of the late Thomas Gerry McCann RIP wish to express their sincere and heartfelt appreciation to all those who extended their sympathy and support following their recent loss. We are deeply touched by the generosity of all who visited our home, attended the funeral, sent Mass or sympathy cards, offered messages of comfort, or provided assistance in any form.

We would like to extend our thanks to Father Shajan for his spiritual guidance and for officiating the beautiful Requiem Mass. Our gratitude also goes to Sarah Leonard and Ciaran Scullion for their exceptional musical contributions.

A special word of thanks goes to Gerry’s GPs at Wynnehill Surgery, the doctors and nurses in Lurgan Hospital, the carers who attended to Gerry at home and the Palliative Care Team for their outstanding care and compassion. Your kindness has been a great comfort to us during this difficult time. We also wish to acknowledge the Maire Curie nurses for all of their support and a huge thank you to those who made generous donations to Marie Curie in Gerry’s memory.

Additionally, we wish to thank The Stables for the excellent catering provided.

We would also like to express our sincere thanks to McAlinden and Murtagh Funeral Directors for their endless compassion, guidance and professionalism during what has been an extremely difficult time.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our profound gratitude.

Gerry’s Month’s Mind Mass will take place on Saturday February 8, at 7.30pm in St. Anthony’s Church, Craigavon.
