Campbell, Thomas. The family of the late Thomas (Tommy) Campbell of 22 Donaghmore Road Dungannon would like to thank all our relatives and friends who supported us during our recent bereavement. Thank you to Dean Donaghy for his spiritual support and for celebrating the beautiful mass. A special thanks to Siobhan O’Neill and the organist for the uplifting music and touching contributions to the celebration.
The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the Southern Trust Domicillary Care Team. A special word of thanks to Helena, Ruth, Grace, Pauline, Marie, Tracey, Onuite, Lolita and Cera who enabled Tommy to live independently for as long as he did. Thank you to the Doctors, nurses and health care staff of Campbell’s surgery and to Paul Donaghy Pharmacist.
A sincere thank you to the Doctors, nurses and health care staff at Loane House South Tyrone Hospital for the dedicated and compassionate care Tommy received during the last few weeks of his life.
Thank you to all those who sent mass and sympathy cards and left touching messages on social media. Thanks to all who attended Tommy’s funeral and those who viewed the funeral online. To those neighbours, friends and colleagues who paid their respects when Tommy left the Donaghmore Road to make his final journey.
A sincere thank you to P Quinn & son Funeral Directors for the dignified, supportive efficient way they carried out all the funeral arrangements during these difficult times. A sincere thank you to Peter McHugh.
To those who helped in any way, your contribution made our loss more bearable.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as an expression of the family’s deepest gratitude.
