Quinn, Michael.
We, the family of the late Michael (Micky) Quinn wish to offer our heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised with us and supported us on our recent loss of a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle and brother-in-law.
We wish to thank all those who attended the wake and funeral, sent mass cards, sympathy cards, letters, messaged or phoned to offer their condolences. We are touched by the overwhelming kindness and generosity shown by our friends, neighbours and the wider community.
Thank you to all of those who helped during the wake in any way and to Newell Stores and BLT for providing food.
A special word of thanks to the McCann family, Bush Road, for all their help help during the wake and funeral. We are indebted to you all for your kindness and support at this difficult time.
Our sincere thanks to Fr Eamon McCamley for his pastoral support during the wake and for delivering a beautiful funeral service.
Special thanks to Darryl Laura & Ruby for the music and singing, which added so much to the beautiful mass, to Rose & Ellen for the readings and to Adam, Travis, Adrian, Ronan & Peter for the prayers of the faithful and to Deirdre, Caroline, Lorraine and Michele for presenting the offertory gifts at the funeral Mass. Thank you to Gillprint for Michaels beautiful mass booklets.
To Paudge Quinn Funeral Directors and staff we offer our sincere thanks for your compassion, guidance and professionalism in carrying out the funeral arrangements and to the grave diggers Peter McHugh and Kieran Kelly for preparing Michael’s final resting place. Thank you also to the team at Quinns Corner for the dinner following the funeral.
We would like to thank Campbell Surgery, the staff at Medicare, Newell Road, the staff of the Southern Trust including Julieann and Joanne – podiatrists, district nurses, acute care team and doctors and nurses at Craigavon Area Hospital and Loane House and all the health professionals for their care of Michael throughout the years.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we hope this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our appreciation and gratitude.
Michael is loved and missed every day. May his loving, kind, generous soul rest in eternal peace.
Michael’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Friday February 7, 2025 at 7.30pm in St. Patricks Church, Dungannon (subject to change) and can also be viewed on the Church Webcam.
