The Haughey family of the late Malachy ‘Mal’ Haughey, formerly of 11b Colane Rd., Aghagallon, extends their heartfelt gratitude to all those who offered sympathy and support during their recent period of mourning.
They deeply appreciate the kindness of friends and neighbours who assisted, visited, sent mass cards, sympathy cards, made phone calls, and wrote letters, as well as everyone who attended Mal’s funeral Mass.
Special thanks are extended to friends who provided ongoing support to Mal and the family. The family expresses gratitude to Mal’s brothers, sisters and sisters in law, for their invaluable assistance.
Acknowledgement is also given to the doctors at Aghalee Surgery, the staff at Aghalee Pharmacy, the Lurgan District Nursing team, the Marie Curie team, and the entire healthcare team for their unwavering attention and exceptional care.
The family wishes to recognise Father Declan Mulligan for his spiritual care and thoughtful celebration of Mal’s Requiem Mass, and Niamh Murray for the beautiful music. Appreciation goes to McAlinden & Murtagh Funeral Directors for their professional and dignified handling of the funeral arrangements and to Kieran Mulholland.
With gratitude on behalf of Mal’s wife Dolores, children Ryan, Ciara, Aaron, and Kirstie, daughter-in-law Rebecca, and grandchildren, thank you.
Mal’s months mind Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday December 6, at 10am in St Patrick’s Church, Aghagallon.
