Acknowledgement for the late John-Paul Toal (Armagh)

Toal, John-Paul.

We, the parents of the late John Paul (JP) Toal, along with his brother, sisters and entire family circle, wish to express our gratitude for the outpouring of support and compassion we have received since our sad and sudden loss.

To the extended family, friends and neighbours, your gestures of kindness, including the beautiful flowers, Mass cards, sympathy cards, messages on social media, thoughtful food gifts, and visiting our home to share memories of John Paul and attending the funeral, we will be forever thankful.

A word of thanks to the Medical Team at Craigavon Area Hospital, in particular the Nursing Staff within the emergency department for the care and attention given to John Paul. Also we are appreciative of the pastoral care provided by the chaplaincy team.

We would like to extend our gratitude to those who helped in celebrating the Requiem Mass, those who did readings, gift bearers, Cathy Kelly who provided the beautiful music and to
Armagh Celtic for their thoughtful contribution of a jersey for one of the offering gifts.

A special mention to Father Emmanuel who’s well considered words ensured the service truly reflected John Paul, giving us great solace as a family.

To Hugo and everyone at McArdle J J & Sons, we are very grateful for carrying out the arrangements so seamlessly with great care and professionalism.

While not possible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgement as a token of our appreciation to everyone.

Finally, thank you to our much loved son, John Paul.

You have given each of us endless happy memories and a love that remains as strong as ever.

John Paul’s Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Monday September 25, 2023 at 7.30 pm in St Malachy’s Church, Armagh.
