Acknowledgement for the late Eoghan-Rua Quirke (Portadown)

Quirke, Eoghan-Rua R.I.P.

The family of the late Eoghan-Rua Quirke wish to express our sincere gratitude to all those who sympathised and supported us on the recent bereavement of our beloved son, brother and uncle.

We offer our heartfelt thanks to our family and friends, neighbours and the wider community who attended his wake, funeral or sent messages. Thank you to everyone who visited his family home, sent cards donated to PIPS in lieu of flowers, provided food, or helped out in any way. Your kindness and thoughtfulness are greatly appreciated and will never be forgotten.

A special word of thanks to Fr. Clarke and Francis for the beautiful Requiem Mass. Thank you to Sinéad and Rory for the beautiful music and singing. Thank you to those who helped with the readings and gifts.

Sincere thanks to Dermot, Mairead and all the staff at Quinn Bros for the professional compassionate dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out.

As it is impossible to thank everyone individually, please accept this acknowledgment as a token of our sincere gratitude for all the love and support during this difficult time .

The holy sacrifice of the mass will be offered for your intentions.

May his gentle soul rest in peace .

“St. Pio pray for him.”

Eoghan-Rua months mind mass will be celebrated on Friday November 17, at 7pm in St John the Baptist Church, Drumcree.
