The daughters of the late Edward (Eddie) Donnelly would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all those who sympathised with us in our recent sad bereavement; all those who called to the house, sent cards and messages of condolence, made donations to our charity or attended the funeral.
We would like to thank Father Colum Murphy for his spiritual support, kind guidance and for celebrating the Requiem Mass. Thank you to Leona, Pat and Pauline for the beautiful music which made the mass so special.
We would also like to thank McAlinden and Murtagh Funeral Directors for the professional and dignified manner in which the funeral arrangements were carried out. We are especially grateful to our kind friends and relatives who helped during this difficult time.
Our deepest thanks to the doctors, nurses and staff of Church Walk Surgery for all their care and kind treatment of Eddie. A special word of thanks to the Domiciliary Care and District Nursing teams for their amazing support to Eddie in his home in recent years, and to the staff in the Emergency Department and Ward 2 South of Craigavon Area Hospital who treated Eddie with such respect and expertise during his final days.
We hope that this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere gratitude. Eddie is a much loved and missed father, grandfather, great-grandfather and uncle.
May he rest in peace.
His Month’s Mind Mass will be celebrated on Saturday December 2, at 6pm in St Mary’s Church, Derrytrasna.
