McCaughey, Anna. Annas husband Francie, daughters Colleen and Deirdre, sons, Brendan, Seamus, Gary and Martin, her grandchildren wish to extend their profound thanks and gratitude to all those who offered sympathy and support to them during their very sad bereavement.
To all those who called to the home or attended the funeral, sent mass/sympathy cards, brought gifts of food and flowers telephoned or posted online their condolences we are very grateful and indeed it provided much solace.
We thank also all the local businesses, too numerous to list who attended with gifts of food and offered help. We thank our wonderful neighbours and friends who helped in so many ways and of course for their friendship and ongoing support.
Gratitude is extended to Dr Watters and staff of Tassagh Health Centre and an especial thanks to the paramedic team who assisted on that fateful morning. Their compassion and care of Anna was nothing short of exemplary. To the PSNI who all attended, we are appreciative of sensitivity they displayed.
Thanks also to the priests of Keady parish and in particular Fr McKeever for attending Anna shortly after her death and for officiating at a fitting funeral Mass. The funeral was greatly enhanced by the music provided by Catherine and Dermot and to Paul, Denis and Arthur for preparing the church for Anna’s requiem mass.
Finally to the gravedigger and to Mone Funeral Directors for undertaking all the funeral arrangements with timely responses and complete professionalism, and to the Caledonian who provided very welcome refreshments after the funeral and months mind mass.
We hope everyone accepts this Acknowledgement as a sincere token of our appreciation.
Annas month mind mass was held in St Patrick’s Church Keady on Sunday February 13, at11:30 celebrated by Fr McCann
