Artists host farewell exhibition after three year tenure at Oxford Island

Exhibitions runs until May 14

NAAC at artspace, Oxford Island

Artspace invites you to join the North Armagh Artists Collective (NAAC) for TRANSITIONS – an exhibition celebrating their work as artists-in-residence at Oxford Island.

The NAAC are a group of twelve local artists, that started their artist collective in 2010.

Since then, they have been going from strength to strength, hosting numerous exhibitions around Northern Ireland.

They have had a three year residency at the Artspace building through the Craigavon Arts Development Tea. Now, that tenure is up and they have been holding their farewell exhibition, which runs until May 14.

Dwyer McKerr, Chairman NAAC, said: “We have loved our time at artspace and will remember it fondly as a place of creativity and learning.

“This, our farewell exhibition is a collection of works made during our tenure here. I believe that they accurately reflect the rich diversity of ideas and experiences of the members of the North Armagh Artists Collective.”

The group are also looking for new premises to base themselves in, so if you can help please contact the group on Facebook here.
