Re-Gen Academy: Helping shape future leaders

James Donnelly, Data Analyst at Re-Gen

The Re-Gen Academy training programme was launched last year, to give our new graduates, interns and apprentices great opportunities for learning, career progression and personal reward.

As well as providing valuable experience and skills development, the Re-Gen Academy supports our current intake of career starters with hands on experience, to help them become the future leaders of the Waste Recycling Industry.

The past 12 months has been a major year of growth for Re-Gen Waste and we are already planning to boost participation in the Re-Gen Academy, with an even larger intake of trainees and apprentices this year.

If you’re interested in learning more about the Re-Gen Academy, we’re going to feature some of our graduates and apprentices over the next few months, to hear about their experiences so far.

First up is graduate James Donnelly, a Data Analyst at Re-Gen for the last six months.
