Two women, both aged 23, have been charged with possessing criminal property, possession of a class A, B and C controlled drug and possession of a class A, B and C controlled drug with intent to supply.
Both are due to appear at Armagh Magistrates Court this morning, Friday, May 22.
As is normal procedure, all charges are reviewed by the PPS.
The charges are believed to be in connection with a planned search and seizure of cash and drugs in the Richmond Court area of Newry on Wednesday evening.
