Callous thieves made off with a safe containing valuable jewellery and cameras from a house in Scarva on Monday.
Police are requesting assistance with the items taken during the burglary sometime between 11am and 1.20pm today.
A safe has been removed from the property that contained jewellery, including two diamond rings.
Also taken were three digital cameras, including a Canon SX200is and a Fuji Digital SLR with two lenses.
