
There has been a serious two-vehicle collision outside Tandragee this morning (Thursday).
The crash, involving a blue Renault car and a motorcycle, occurred on the Ballymore Road at the junction with the Mullahead Road around 8am.
Emergency services have been despatched to the scene.
A police spokesperson said: “Road users are advised that the Mullahead Road, Tandragee is currently closed due to a road traffic collision, with diversions in place. Please seek an alternative route for your journey.”
The Northern Ireland Ambulance Service said they received a 999 call at 8.13am following reports of an RTC in the Ballymore Road area, Tandragee.
NIAS despatched three emergency ambulance crews, one Rapid Response Paramedic and the Charity Air Ambulance with HEMS on board were also tasked to the incident.
One person was taken to Craigavon Area Hospital by ambulance.
