Petrol bomb thrown at Tandragee home in late night attack ‘extinguished by resident’

Police are appealing for information and witnesses in relation to a report of a petrol bomb attack at a house in Co Armagh yesterday evening, Thursday 28th May.

Sergeant Hamilton said: “Shortly after 11.20pm, it was reported that a device had been thrown at a residential property in the Woodview Park area of Tandragee.

“It landed in front of the house and was extinguished by the occupant.

“Thankfully, there were no reports of any injuries.

“Our enquiries are ongoing this morning to establish the circumstances of the incident, and we are asking anyone who might have seen any suspicious activity in the area, or who has any information which might assist, to get in touch.

“The number to call is 101, quoting reference number 1919 of 28/05/26.”
