Six people – including two children – taken to hospital following Silverbridge crash

Six people – including two children – were taken to hospital following a serious two vehicle collision in Silverbridge on Thursday evening.

Police are today (Friday) appealing for information following the crash on the Silverbridge Road shortly before 4.50pm.

The collision involved a dark grey Landrover Freelander and a black Ford Transit.

Six people, including two children, were taken to hospital for treatment to injuries which are not believed to be life-threatening at this time.

The road was closed for some time, but has since reopened.

Enquiries are ongoing, and anyone with information, including dashcam or other video footage, is asked to contact police on 101, quoting reference 1019 of 8/1/26.
