The site of a former parochial house in Co Armagh could be converted into a new retail development.
Proposals have been submitted to DoE Planning Service for three new shop units at The Diamond, Middletown.
In addition to the three ground floor shops, the application also includes four duplex aparments at first and second floor levels.
The plan, submitted late last month, is currently under consideration.
