Three men, arrested on Wednesday, as part of an investigation into the activities of the New IRA, have been released following questioning.
The men, aged 25, 27 and 58, were arrested following searches in the Newry area.
The men were arrested under the Terrorism Act, and were taken to Musgrave Serious Crime Suite in Belfast for questioning.
Two cars and a number of mobile phones were among items seized during the searches.
Police say the investigation continues.
