The 1,207 sq ft premises is let on a five year lease of £12,900 per annum, as of August 4, 2025 with tenant break option in August 2028.
Business will continue as normal in the interim, with their current operating hours being Tuesday to Sunday, 4pm to 10pm/10.30pm.
