Emergency services are currently at the scene of a road traffic collision in Newry this afternoon (Friday).
Police – along with NI Ambulance Service – are tending to a collision between a car and a pedestrian in the Dunbrae area of Newry – just off the main Chancellors Road.
The Air Ambulance has also been despatched to the scene and has landed in a field adjacent the accident scene.
Delays are expected in the area as a result and motorists are urged to avoid the area altogether.
There are no further details at this stage.
