Huge support as Mullaghbrack GFC girls set sights on Feile 2017 final

Girls want to show 'Brack are Back' in sad week for area

A team of Co Armagh schoolgirls are hoping for victory this morning.

The Mullabrack GFC U14 team are making waves in the Feile 2017 and hope to book their place in the final.

A contingent of Fermanagh supporters may be making their way to Armagh this evening but a host of good Armagh folk are en route to Fermanagh.

The girls of Mullabrack GFC will be competing in Lissan this morning with an 11.15am throw-in.

‘The Brack are Back’ is the message they and their supporters are carrying with them.

Under the management of Emma Fields and Christina McSorley, the girls left – who are unbeaten from the start of the season – left of Friday.

Many are past pupils of St James’ Primary School in Mullaghbrack which is due to close this week due to lack of government funding.

These girls hope that there will be some cause for celebration.

The school and all at Mullabrack and beyond are behind the girls – best of luck!
