Man taken to hospital following county Armagh hit and run incident

A man has been taken to hospital after being hit by a truck in south Armagh today.

The hit and run incident took place in Cullyhanna.

The collision, involving a low loader, occurred today, at 1.20pm on Mullaghduff Road.

A male sustained injuries which required medical treatment.

The low loader is described as  having a white cab, yellow bumper, red low loader body and was carrying a white or silver vehicle.

Police are keen to identify the driver and whereabouts of this vehicle and would ask the driver or anyone who can assist our investigation to contact us them in Newry on 101, quoting ref: 494 061115.
