Man attacked by three males wearing balaclavas in Tandragee

Police in Armagh are appealing for information following an assault in Tandragee.

Constable Shane McDonald said: “We received a report of a 27-year-old man being assaulted by three males on Montsague Street between 12.30am and 1am, on Monday, 2 March.

It was reported that a car pulled up and three males, wearing balacalvas, got out of the car and assaulted the man – possibly with bats.

The three males than made off in the same vehicle.

“We would like to hear from anyone who witnessed this incident or may have information that could assist our investigation. We can be contacted on 101, quoting ref: 46 020315.”
