A development site for a proposed 22 new homes in Keady is up for sale.
The land, situated opposite Granemore Heights, has has gone on the market for a guide price of £465,000.
Earlier this year planning approval was granted for the erection of 22 homes, which include six detached and 16 semi-detached units.
The planning application was lodged by Armagh Design Ltd on behalf of Messrs. Mone, Upper Darkley Road, Stoney Brae, Keady.
The site, which has been zoned for residential development, is currently being sold by Lir Construction who have set a closing date of Thursday, January 16, for offers.
According the the Best Property Services Newry, “these lands, situated opposite Granemore Heights and convenient to the centre of Keady are being offered with full planning consent for 22 houses”.
NI Water have also confirmed that there is available capacity at the WWTW. The land, which is currently in agricultural use, comprise two fields extending to approximately 3.25 acres.
