Plans for a new housing development in a rural townland of county Armagh have been submitted to the new council.
The erection of the housing development in Granemore – just outside Keady – would see 12 dwellings built between St Mary’s primary school and a scrapyard.
The application submitted by Hugh Haughey has been deemed valid, however, there is currently no timescale for the proposed works.
The two-storey properties would include three upstairs bedrooms with an adjoining bathroom.
Downstairs would have the lounge and kitchen as well as an extended living room area off the kitchen.
