A man accused of attempting to have a ‘sexual communication with a child’ has had his case sent to Craigavon Crown Court for arraignment on March 19.
James Lyons (40), of Moyraverty Gardens, Craigavon, is charged in relation to June 3-June 5 last year.
An earlier court was told the charge relates to the defendant allegedly being in touch with an “undercover” police officer.
The defendant is also charged with possessing cocaine on August 28 last year.
At Craigavon Magistrates’ Court on Friday a defence lawyer said it is a “decoy case”.
The defendant was further remanded in custody.
