Man admits causing damage to scooter but charge of attempting to steal it is withdrawn

A Portadown man caused £250 worth of damage to a Honda Vision scooter on New Year's Eve last year.
Aidan McGurgan (52), of Ballyoran Crescent, admitted criminal damage. A charge of attempting to steal the scooter was withdrawn by prosecutors at Craigavon Magistrates' Court.
The court was told CCTV showed the defendant attempting to push a scooter away from an address, and that worth of £250 damage...
