A Gilford man accused of making off without paying for almost £500 of fuel has pleaded not guilty.
Adrian Grehan (38), of Ann Street, allegedly failed to pay for fuel in the amounts of £110, £110, £92, £89 and £84.
He appeared before Craigavon Magistrates’ Court on Friday.
The defendant also faces eight charges relating to dates in March, April and May this year – five of making off without paying and three thefts.
The alleged thefts were of items worth £47, £11 and £10.
The case has been adjourned to July 3 to fix a date for a contest.
