A 23-year-old Craigavon man has been charged with making a sexual communication with what was referred to on his charge sheet as a ’14-year-old child profile’.
Joshua Boyle, of Carnreagh, is charged with the offence on March 2, 2023.
He is also accused of making an indecent photo of a child and being in possession of an indecent photo of a child between May 2022 and May 2023.
The defendant appeared at Craigavon Magistrates’ Court.
No details regarding the background to the alleged offences were given to the court at this time.
The defendant was freed on £300 bail and is not to have any unsupervised contact with anyone under 18.
The case was adjourned to April 11.
