Police have confirm the name of the man who died in a road traffic collision near Loughbrickland on Friday morning, October 9.
He was 21-year-old Josh McKnight from the Loughbrickland area.
Detective Inspector Stewart, from the Police Service of Northern Ireland’s Collision Investigation Unit said: “Shortly after 5.50am, we received a report of a single vehicle collision in the Old Mill Road area.
“Officers along with colleagues from other emergency services attended, but sadly the driver died at the scene.
“I am appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the collision or to anyone with dash-cam or other footage that could assist with the investigation, to contact detectives using the witness appeal form at www.reporting.psni.police.uk/appeals quoting reference 175 of 09/10/26 or call 101.”
