A man has been charged with the murder of 55-year-old Richard Gerard Scullion on Monday.
Detectives from PSNI’s Serious Crime Branch have charged a 28-year-old man following the discovery on Mr Scullion’s body in a house in Banbridge.
A PSNI spokesperson confirmed: “The man is charged with the murder of 55-year-old Richard Gerard Scullion (main image) who was found dead at a house in Millmount Court in Banbridge on Monday, 9 July.
“He is due to appear at Newry Magistrates’ Court tomorrow, Friday 13 July.
“As is normal procedure, the charge will be reviewed by the Public Prosecution Service.”
