Stolen electric last tracked to Armagh – battery may have died!

An electric car, stolen overnight in the Republic of Ireland was last tracked to Armagh this morning (Tuesday).

Police are appealing for help in locating the dark grey Nissan Leaf, which was stolen in Co Kildare.

A PSNI spokesperson said the battery may have died by now but its last tracked location was travelling towards Armagh along the Newtownhamilton Road around 7am this morning.

The registration on the car is 191-KE-2735.

If you have any information, please contact police on 101 with the reference 162 of 16/4/19.

There are no further details.
