A brand-new, state-of-the-art gym is set to open in the heart of Armagh city next week, promising to bring a unique and revolutionary experience for fitness fanatics.

Caoimhe O’Hagan, a mum of two, along with family support had initially planned to set the business up before Covid, but the pandemic and lockdown allowed her to take stock of what she thought Armagh needed in a new gym.
Speaking on her new adventure, she said that local business is “all I know” and paid tribute to her family members who have helped her to get the project off the ground.
In opening a new gym, SONA wanted somewhere that was accessible for all, including young fitness enthusiasts and local professionals. Thomas Street was the perfect location for this, right in the centre of Armagh with free on-street parking.
“Our gym is an un-intimidating environment, visually pleasing and aesthetically beautiful. It’s designed for comfort.”
