A family-run flower shop want to help take the stress away from your big day.
Parkanaur Flowers opened its doors on Russell Street in Armagh in November 2024 and has grown into a flower haven for locals ever since.
The business is headed up by Dungannon native Kelly Slevin, who has over 16 years of experience in the floral industry.
What started off as a solo business venture, has now turned into a family affair as Kelly simply couldn’t keep up with the demand on her own!
Also keen to teach her daughters the trade they grew up watching their mother do and with the business flourishing it was the perfect time for her eldest and youngest daughter along with her grandaughter to join the trade.
With any business comes its challenges, with Kelly eager to show them that it’s not all sunflowers and roses! But over the last few months behind the scenes, not only has she been teaching them how to make showstopping arrangements but also teaching them the economics behind opening your own business and how to run it.
Kelly said: “The first six months of opening were difficult, I felt burnt out as I was trying to do everything by myself. So once I got the shop up and running and routines in place, I brought the girls in to help and they’ve been a great asset.
“It’s easy to know your business but the hard part is not knowing what business you will get”.
With that being said, something that always keeps Kelly on her toes is wedding florals!

Along with venue decorations, Parkanaur also provide all the finer details for the bridal party. Exclusively designing bouquets and corsets to match your wedding theme.
Kelly’s top bridal flower is ‘Lily of the Valley’ which is a top hit for brides looking for an elegant, simple flower.
Parkanaur’s diary is now open for 2026 with availability still available for 2025 for any last minute planning.
