A family-run outdoor cleaning and maintenance business are offering a special discount across all services in June to mark a business rebrand.
Owner and Newry man David Warner has decades of experience under his belt, initially starting Vision Cleaning and Maintenance over 25 years ago!
After marrying his wife Yvonne, David relocated to Madden where he continued to build on his business and also his family by welcoming their two sons, Christopher and Jarlath.
During the recession in the early 2000s, David redirected his focus as business slowed down when people were conscious of spending their pennies.
He stepped away for a few years and, once the economy started to return to normal, he returned to his roots and restarted the business he loved!
Starting out offering basic external cleaning services, David has now diversified his offerings… eager to complete any task thrown his way! His “would I be happy if this was my house?” philosophy and his refusal to adopt an ‘it’ll do’ attitude have led him to a build a successful portfolio of work completed in residential homes, local shops, supermarkets, hotels, schools, farms and factories.
Now a family affair, wife Yvonne – who handles things behind the scenes – and sons Christopher and Jarlath all play active roles in the business.
Building a business for the future, Vision have recently had a re-brand with a fresh new look logo and marketing materials!
Vision specialise in external maintenance and cleaning. Offering services in window cleaning, power washing, gutter vacuum cleaning and forestry work. They use specialist equipment that allows them to cover a greater area and get a deeper clean.
They offer services for commercial, residential, agricultural, hospitality and industrial premises.
Son, Christopher continues: “One thing we believe separates us from the others is that we can do a lot of things from the ground so it eliminates the need for ladders.
“We constantly reinvest into the business to make sure we’re using the best equipment. Recently we upgraded our ‘reach and wash’ filtration system, which lets us professionally clean windows up to four storeys high from the ground providing a deeper clean, stronger shine and streak-free finish.
“We have a routine. Everyone has a different role and specialist niche. Growing up with it we know what our roles are and how to work with each other and not against each other.”
Keen to always build on their services, they recently invested in storm damage equipment, after seeing a rise in the need for the service as a result of increasing bad weather and storms over the last number of years. One example of this investment is they can now assist any premises with fallen trees quickly to avoid disruption.
