A new Co Armagh business now makes it easy for you to eat well, even with a busy schedule.
Tasty Lean Meals, based in Markethill, provide you with ten prepared meals each week, all of which will be approximately 500 calories, with a different menu every week over a repeating four-week cycle.
These will be delivered in temperature-controlled packaging to your front door, either on Sunday night or during the day Monday.
If you don’t think there will be anyone at home to accept delivery you can nominate a safe place to leave your meal plan; delivery can also be arranged to workplaces if this is more convenient.
