As leaders in Health foods we at Linwoods aim to enhance the health and wellbeing of all our customers through nutritiously dense, healthy foods using the finest organic quality ingredients and sustainable production methods.

We currently require an Office Administrator to work in our busy maintenance department based at our Monaghan Road site in Armagh.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

– liaising with the maintenance Supervisor,
– ordering/pricing machinery parts, maintaining maintenance records, checking invoices, arranging and managing contractors, etc

The Hours of Work
The hours of work are 37.5 per week (Monday – Friday)

Essential Criteria:
– previous experience working within an administrative role
– strong IT skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
– excellent communication, written and numerical skills.
– excellent attention to detail and accuracy
– minimum GCSE English/Maths or equivalent
